States Brace for New Vax Rules; Negative Test to Fly; Benefit of Double-Masking | MedPage Today

The unofficial U.S. COVID-19 toll increased to 22,849,333 cases and 380,821 deaths as of 8:00 a.m. ET Wednesday -- up 229,980 and 4,538, respectively, from this time a day ago. The U.S. set a single-day record for deaths on Tuesday. (CNN)

All airline passengers entering the U.S. will now be required to have proof of a negative coronavirus test taken within 3 days of their departure, according to the CDC.
